What’s Your Exchange Policy?

We don’t have return policy, all exchange must be made within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, we will be unable to offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging. For any further questions or queries, send us an email ([email protected]) or contact us on instagram @reetrang_ and we’ll take care of the rest.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping takes about 5 to 10 Business days. You will be informed via phone or email in case the shipment is delayed due to any given reason.

Can I Buy Reet Rang Products Somewhere Other Than The Website?

No, Reet Rang is an exclusively online brand. This way we can ensure that you get the best product at a reasonable price, as we skip all the unnecessary expenses that come along with traditional retail.

Can Overseas Place the order from the website?

Yes you can place the order via email.

Can I Pay By Credit / Debit Card?

Currently we only have Cash on Delivery (COD) services. We are in the process of introducing online payments into our system. Those services will be available very soon.
